Jacek Śledziński, legal adviser, managing partner

Jacek Śledziński is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Jacek Śledziński completed the legal adviser apprenticeship and passed the exam in the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Cracow. Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Cracow since 2001.

Mr. Śledziński has acquired his professional experience at the following law firms: CMS Cameron McKenna and SPCG T.Studnicki K.Płeszka Z.Ćwiąkalski J.Górski Sp. kom.

In the course of his professional career Jacek Śledziński participated, among others, in mergers and acquisitions of commercial companies (M&A), public trading of securities (public offer prospectus, public calls on shares), legal support to financial market entities (pension funds, investment funds), cooperated in the development of employee pension plans and employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), assisted in the completion of the offset package transactions for the Polish army. He has extensive experience in legal assistance in the field of corporate law, commercial contracts, aviation law and labour law.

Speaks fluent English.
